Samsung Galaxy Note N800 10.1 Android Tablet

Note 10.1 known as N800 in India and N8000 globally is a sheer innovation by Samsung. The manufacturer has iteratively improved since the original Note launched in very few cycles. The Note 10.1 is a slim and light device, simply because it is made of plastic. However, this doesn’t give a rich look like an iPad or top-end Sony Android tablet but then the cost justifies it.

Talking about the hardware, Note 10.1 looks great on the sheet. It has a 1.4GHz Quad-Core processor supported by 2GB RAM and a 10.1 inch screen with 800 x 1280 pixel resolution. The screen has no retina display but the gaming experience is amazing. The operating system is upgradable to the latest of Android (Jelly Bean). Note N800 has a pretty decent camera unit, but a consumer might want more. The 5 Megapixel camera has features such as LED Flash, Autofocus and Geo-Tagging. It is even capable of 720p HD video recording.

The UI is TouchWiz 4 sprayed on top of ICS adds features like multi-tasking and gives 6 inbuilt applications. S-Pen is a good plus though it doesn’t add any significant feature. The tablet PC gives all features your phone has including calling and messaging. Though a user won’t make calls using that big a device but a Bluetooth headset would solve the problem. Samsung takes care of all the business needs as well as it is good for replacing the phone.

The android tablet PC costs Rs. 33,500 on the streets today and looks like a perfect buy if you have a budget and looking for an Android tab.
